Information
Note: This character started as a Detroit: Become Human canon character. He has since then been developed and AU-ed to hell and back, and I now consider him an OC, while still drawing some on his original canon.
Leo was assigned female at birth, but quickly realised he was a boy, and was put on puberty blockers, and later testosterone. He hasn't had any surgery, and doesn't particularly want to.
He attended private school, but was somewhat unmotivated and uninterested, mostly from lack of ambition, social issues, and having a problem with authority. He went to college for a while, major undeclared, but eventually dropped out.
He dabbled in drugs and alcohol from a young age, involved in party scenes. Later on, as he became more unhappy, his drug use became more serious. One of his long-term girlfriends was emotionally manipulative and sometimes abusive, lovebombing and guilt-tripping him.
He can be abrasive and hostile, slow to trust and insecure. Really he just wants to be treated with respect and kindness, and for people to be interested in him as a person. Once he trusts someone, he's friendly, kind and playful. He loves being appreciated, and showing his appreciation in turn.
Short but muscular young man. Well-groomed, style varying between preppy/hipster, with hints of rocker. Acts confident, bordering on cocky, especially if he's keeping up a front. Playful and relaxed if he's comfortable - or drunk/high. Withdrawn and sometimes outright hostile if he's unhappy.
Beyond that, he can be a smart and sensitive person. There's a vulnerability and need to be loved, hidden behind multiple shields and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
